This use case will develop a digital twin of a pipe network, which will identify and forecast lifecycle assessment (LCA) states and incidents ahead of time and with high accuracy. This will allow them to make educated, data-driven decisions about maintenance, service, and repairs of the pipes, including the implementation of refurbishment operations when required.

The use of EVENFLOW technology will focus on the forecasting of non-trivial LCA events such as defects and malfunctions, prediction End of Life forecasting, as well as LCA states that lead to poor performance or high CO2 emissions. Such events are typically rare i.e., they occur very few times during the pipe’s lifetime.
