EVENFLOW convenes in Ragusa for a fruitful project meeting

On 3 and 4 April 2025, the picturesque city of Ragusa in Sicily, Italy hosted the latest plenary meeting of the EVENFLOW project. The two-day meeting marked a significant moment in the project’s development, offering partners a chance to reflect on progress, share technical insights, and plan future actions in person.

A deep dive into progress and planning
The meeting brought together all project partners from across Europe, who presented updates on their respective work packages and contributions. The consortium reviewed milestones reached, discussed challenges encountered, and coordinated on strategies to ensure the continued alignment of activities with project objectives.

The sessions showcased several key highlights, including Technical Workshops centered around the integration of symbolic AI with machine learning methodologies, which aims to enhance EVENFLOW’s neurosymbolic forecasting capabilities. In addition, participants engaged in comprehensive discussions regarding the progress of various use cases, particularly focusing on the implementation of three primary pilot applications: Personalized Medicine, Industry 4.0, and Infrastructure Life Cycle Assessment. The partners also recapped the topics addressed in the Strategic Planning, emphasising the forthcoming phases of development, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies designed to maximise the project’s overall impact. The meeting included an onsite visit of the partners at EKSO’s premises in Pozzallo.
